Job Description
We're seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at our Reading Plant. As a key member of our Product Supply Manufacturing team, you'll play a critical role in driving business success through process improvement and innovation.
Daily Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize losses and inefficiencies in our manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Collaborate with technical experts and other functions to create innovative solutions
- Create learning programs and coach technicians to improve their skills and knowledge
- Improve standards and procedures to enable us to achieve performance targets
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (post-graduation)
- Strong English verbal and writing skills
