Job Description

We're seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at our Reading Plant. As a key member of our Product Supply Manufacturing team, you'll play a critical role in driving business success through process improvement and innovation.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize losses and inefficiencies in our manufacturing processes
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with technical experts and other functions to create innovative solutions
  • Create learning programs and coach technicians to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Improve standards and procedures to enable us to achieve performance targets

Requirements

  • University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (post-graduation)
  • Strong English verbal and writing skills
