About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team, supporting individuals living with eating disorders on their journey towards recovery.

This exciting new role will provide practical and social support to patients as part of their recovery, working closely alongside the ward Dietitian and Occupational Therapist to develop tailored care plans.

You will be responsible for co-facilitating groups, providing emotional support, and helping patients achieve their goals. Your excellent communication skills and ability to use your initiative will be invaluable in this role.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with mental health clients, ideally in an inpatient setting, and possess a genuine interest in supporting individuals with eating disorders.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,995 - £31,383 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, flexible working, and career development opportunities.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold an NVQ2 Qualification or equivalent, and have experience of working with ED patients or in a CAMHS unit/mental health ward. You must also demonstrate a good understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the role, and possess occupational therapy or dietetic experience.
