Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team at Thera East. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with a learning disability to live the lives they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal and emotional support to individuals with a learning disability
- Help individuals develop new skills and achieve their personal goals
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as planning and managing their own home
- Assist individuals with leisure, employment, and individual interests
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a person-centred approach to support
- Annualised Hours, guaranteed monthly salary for full and part-time roles
- Flexible working hours for work-life balance
- Immediate interview and quick start date (subject to pre-employment checks)
