Job Description

This role involves coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing contracts, scheduling inductions, and conducting exit interviews.

Main Tasks:
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing contracts, scheduling inductions, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Support the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist with payroll and expense management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing.
  • Schedule inductions, probation reviews, and maintain accurate records on the HRIS.
  • Take minutes during meetings, ensuring follow-ups and documentation are well-maintained.
  • Contribute to policy implementation and communication, promoting a well-informed and compliant workplace.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/database management.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Organisational and time management skills, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
