Key Requirements:
  • Experience on infrastructure projects, preferably in the rail sector
  • Good working knowledge of financial systems and cost management software
  • Strong understanding of cost systems, such as SAP, Oracle CostOS, and PRISM
  • Familiarity with public sector policies, processes, and procedures

The successful candidate will provide expert professional advice on infrastructure costs to clients and stakeholders, ensure continuous development and improvement of client policies and procedures, and work closely with the scheduling team to integrate and align infrastructure cost models and schedules.

Requirements:
  • Degree qualified and professional membership or working towards full membership
  • Experience in high-value, complex construction or infrastructure project environments
  • Understanding of complex project data and ability to develop meaningful metrics and management reports
  • Commercial and quantity surveying skills, with knowledge of NEC Form of Contracts and their commercial basis
