Job Title: Senior Rural Surveyor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rural Surveyor to join our team at Hunter Dunning. As a Senior Rural Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on rural estate management, valuation, planning, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new business with new and existing clients
- Act as the Principal Agent for rural estate management clients
- Estate and farming business reviews including diversification projects
- Produce and implement strategic plans
- Assisting clients with the promotion of strategic land
- Provide tailored solutions to clients
Requirements:
- MRICS
- Proven track record in rural consultancy
- UK Driving Licence and car
What We Offer:
- Up to £35,000 (Negotiable)
- Additional £4500-£6500 car allowance (Senior Surveyor to Senior Associate Director)
- Discretionary bonus
