Geospatial Surveyor

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Land and Building Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting topographical surveys of commercial and residential properties, including housing estates, football stadiums, hospitals, and schools. The role will involve a mix of site and office-based work, with a focus on data processing and site measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographical surveys of commercial and residential properties
• Use laser levels and process data for surveying and mapping
• Work on site and in the office, as required
• Process and analyze survey data

Requirements:

• Background in Land or Building Surveying or similar
• Familiarity with 3D drawing and laser scanning
• Full UK driving license
