Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Postperson with Driving to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, working 30 hours per week, 5 days a week, with 2 days off (rotating week to week). You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening shifts, and may be required to work on Sundays at the Weston Super Mare Delivery Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers across the region
  • Work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening shifts
  • May be required to work on Sundays at the Weston Super Mare Delivery Office
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers receive their mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening shifts
  • Ability to work on Sundays at the Weston Super Mare Delivery Office
  • Excellent customer service skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. We also offer overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates.
