Sales Support Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team at Lime People Search & Select Ltd. As a Sales Support executive, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).
Key Responsibilities:- Process and monitor new business applications, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Input advisor fee information onto internal systems, maintaining accurate records.
- Create and manage client records, keeping the database up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with clients and providers, addressing queries and concerns.
- Prepare valuations and illustrations, providing valuable insights to our clients.
- 1-3 years of experience working with investment products in an administration environment.
- Good knowledge of pensions, investments, taxation, and protection products.
- GCSE grades or A-level standard education with relevant experience.
- Ideal candidate will have started studying towards a Financial Planning Certificate or Diploma in Financial Advice.
