Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading semi-automated assembly lines, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Recognised leadership skills, with a track record of delivering machining and fabrication areas, maximising uptime availability, and optimising flow.
  • Able to demonstrate tangible performance improvements through process improvement initiatives, influencing across all levels of the business, and changing behaviours.
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem analysis and solving using advanced tools and root cause analysis.
  • Desirable: Safety qualification, such as IOSHH.
