Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled banking and finance professional to join our corporate banking team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our national banking team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.

  • Advise banks, alternative lenders, funds, and other corporate and institutional clients on various financing transactions.
  • Support the corporate and real estate teams on the financing aspects of private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions, property development and investment financings.
  • Actively participate in business development, identifying opportunities to grow the team and develop relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-4 years PQE in banking and finance, gained in a reputable law firm or financial institution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • The ability to build good working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, plus benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, life insurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
