About the Role
We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our community children and adolescent mental health team on the Isle of Wight. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist support and intervention to children, young people, and their families within a range of settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to children and young people's presentations and admissions to hospital due to psychiatric crisis with support from the team.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist support and intervention to children, young people, and their families.
- Develop and implement interventions in the least restrictive environment to support recovery.
- Work in partnership with families and other agencies to achieve the desired outcomes for the child or young person.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a professional degree or equivalent qualification and registration in nursing, social work, OT, or other relevant profession with related CAMHS experience. They will also have past qualifying training in CAMHS or therapeutic approaches with children, young people, and families.
