Care Manager Lead

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is offered for this challenging role at Akari Care. Our aim is to create an environment where our residents are valued, respected, and receive personalised care. As a Care Manager Lead, you will work collaboratively with the Home Manager and multi-disciplined teams to ensure the smooth running of the home.
This diverse role requires excellent nursing and residential care skills, open communication, budgetary control, and human resources management. You will promote engaging marketing initiatives, guide colleagues in training and development, and take responsibility for your own growth journey. Required qualifications include a minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care, experience in the healthcare sector, and management/leadership experience.
