Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Training Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our employees across various manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training interventions to ensure employees are compliant with regulatory and mandatory requirements.
- Support the design and delivery of competency assessments for machine usage, health & safety, manual handling, and food safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop compliance gap analysis.
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills and engaging content to deliver learning across all available channels.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a real flair for developing cross-functional relationships and driving training best practices. An FMCG background is not essential, but you must be ready for the challenge of working in a fast-paced ever-changing industry.
What We Offer
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
