Job Description

As a leading wealth management firm, Stratton Wealth Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paraplanner to join our team in Manchester. We are a dynamic and ambitious company, committed to delivering exceptional financial advice to our high-net-worth clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client financial positions, assessing their needs and objectives, and devising strategies to meet their goals. They will deliver high-quality analysis and strategies through well-structured and concisely written suitability reports. As a key member of our paraplanning team, the candidate will work closely with our administration team, advisers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate and conscientious individual who is committed to delivering exceptional financial advice. They will have a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as excellent analytical and technical skills. The candidate will be able to assess suitability in line with client goals and have strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of client financial positions
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and objectives
  • Deliver high-quality suitability reports and letters
  • Assist with client meetings and provide exceptional client service
  • Manage and update client data and records
  • Collaborate with the administration team and advisers to deliver exceptional client service

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years' experience in a paraplanning role
  • CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to assess suitability in line with client goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
