Account and Data Executive

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly skilled Account and Data Executive to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our international clients.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Relationship Development: Foster long-term positive relationships with commercial contacts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of brands, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceeding client expectations.
- Process Standardization: Collaborate with the commercial team to standardize operating procedures, driving best practices and efficiency.
- Client Support: Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalation matters, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Forecasting and Tracking: Monitor and analyze key account metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Capacity Planning: Support the commercial manager with capacity planning, recommending resource allocation and overtime as needed.
- Customer Service: Manage the workload of internal customer service representatives, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team to promote a culture of customer excellence, driving business growth and success.
- Contract Negotiation: Support the commercial manager with contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Travel: Travel to client sites as required, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in account handling and commercial relationship development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
