At OnlyFE, we're looking for a skilled Library Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our library staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our students' success.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist staff and students with their queries, providing timely and accurate support
  • Maintain and organize library stock, ensuring it's easily accessible and well-maintained
  • Provide IT support, including Wi-Fi connectivity and password resets, to ensure seamless access to our digital resources


Requirements:


  • Level 2 qualification in English and Maths, demonstrating your strong foundation in these essential skills
