Job Summary:

Talk Recruitment is seeking a talented BIM Coordinator / BIM Technician to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and develop their skills in Building Information Modelling.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have experience using Revit software and knowledge of the Buildings or Civil Engineering Sector.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a BIM Technician, BIM Designer, Revit Technician, or similar.
  • Excellent knowledge of Building Information Modelling and experience using Revit software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Location:

  • Northamptonshire + some hybrid (Remote working) with occasional travel to project sites.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary (£40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience).
  • Car allowance (£5,000 - £8,000 per annum).
