Main Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload vehicles.
  • Check consignments and ensure any discrepancies are identified and recorded.
  • Keep accurate and legible records.
  • Operate a forklift truck or electric palletiser and pump truck.
  • Convey wrapped pallets to floor scales for weighing.
  • Ensure correct pallet segregation.
  • Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the factory and unit.

Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal FLT driver will have a passion for delivering our customer orders while maintaining our high Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality standards.

You will be comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.

We are a fast-moving business, so you need to enjoy working at pace and have dedication to take action and achieve results.

Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Essential:

  • Valid FLT license essential (counterbalance forklift)
  • Computer literate and good English is required both written and spoken
