**The Opportunity**

We're seeking a full-time Tutor/Assessor to join our highly motivated and busy Apprenticeship team based in our Flagship Academy in London. As a Tutor/Assessor, you'll play a vital role in developing young people and helping them achieve their qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver high-quality training programs to apprentices, including functional skills, theory, and practical training
* Monitor progress, conduct reviews, and develop individual learning plans with apprentices
* Ensure the health and safety of apprentices in salons
* Participate in quality systems, including auditing and updating
* Comply with all safeguarding policies and procedures
