* Supervise and coordinate production and packing operatives to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maximize manufacturing efficiency and safety.
* Monitor production processes, including ingredient handling, cooking, packaging, and labelling, to ensure compliance with quality and quantity specifications.
* Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging, utilizing visual inspections, weight measurements, and integrity tests, to promptly address any deviations or defects.
* Oversee the packing of finished products into appropriate containers, ensuring accurate labelling and coding according to customer requirements and regulatory standards.
* Enforce cleanliness and hygiene protocols within production areas, equipment, and packaging materials to uphold rigorous hygiene standards and prevent contamination.
* Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock rotation, raw material replenishment, and accurate recording of production data.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot equipment issues, address production challenges, and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
* Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations to ensure product integrity and alignment with industry standards.
