About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Net-Worx (2001) Limited. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle and trailer order pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party engineers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate lead times and efficient order processing.
  • Manage order pipelines, including tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Process customer orders, including agreeing on asset specifications and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including purchase orders and asset tracking.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
