Italian Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking an Italian Cuisine Specialist to join our Prezzo team. As a specialist in Italian cuisine, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Italian dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The Role

  • Prepare and cook Italian dishes to a high standard.
  • Manage your section of the kitchen, ensuring it is organized and clean.
  • Work effectively in a team to achieve our mission of becoming the UK's favourite Italian dining experience.
  • Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

Our restaurant is located in a beautiful period building, right next to the sandy beaches of Bournemouth. If you're lucky with the weather, dine on our balcony to savour the sea views and delicious food; or take a table inside the light and airy restaurant to relax and enjoy Prezzo favourites.
