Pharmaceutical Asset Project Lead

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Asset Project Lead to join our team at the Ellison Institute of Technology in Oxford.
This is a senior role that requires a high level of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. As a Pharmaceutical Asset Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing assigned engineering projects, ensuring effective management of costs, schedules, and work quality. You will also oversee all phases of project development, including specification, design, estimation, planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and validation.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with contractors to optimize their performance while ensuring quality work delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of project progress and compiling reports as required. Additionally, you will ensure proper documentation of all processes and procedures are up to date and in place.
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree qualification in an engineering discipline or relevant work experience in an engineering discipline. You should also have strong project management experience gained within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or biotech industry. Knowledge and experience in laboratory settings will be essential for this role, but clean room experience may also be considered.
We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, plus a travel allowance and bonus.
