Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Metropolitan Gaming Group is a leading gaming and leisure brand that offers exceptional experiences and services to its guests. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the F&B Manager in achieving high standards of customer service and profitability.
- Plan and implement changes to product, experience, and service standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and organize F&B employees, facilities, equipment, and raw materials to ensure high standards of product preparation, presentation, and service.
- Ensure F&B staff have the necessary training, equipment, facilities, and resources to complete their duties effectively.
- Provide outstanding customer service and guest relations at all times.
- Make recommendations to senior management on improving Guest Satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, appraise, motivate, coach, and counsel F&B staff members.
- Comply with accounting, control, and financial procedures to safeguard stocks, monies, and facilities.
- Ensure F&B staff comply with current legislation and company procedures.
- Foster coordination and communication with all departments to optimize guest experience.
- Maintain a positive and effective working environment for all staff.
- An innovator and entrepreneur with a strong understanding of service standards.
- Experience in managing large, fast-paced operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Personal Licence Holder and knowledge of service standards.
- Strong work ethic and passion for exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive culture.
