Job Title: Director of Policy and Regulatory Affairs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and optimize our charging practices, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, analyzing data and providing insights to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze charging practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
  • Inform the Chief Financial Officer of policy compliance gaps or internal control issues, recommending and assisting in the implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Develop and update internal charging policies in line with business evolution, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular surveillance reviews and selected audits to ensure adherence to expense policies and budgetary guidelines.
  • Remain informed about relevant laws, company policies, and industry best practices related to charging.
  • Develop and deliver training to educate employees on charging compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Legal, General Ledger, and Government Compliance on updates to policies and procedures.
  • Support financial initiatives and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of database structures for data extraction from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms; advanced Excel skills needed.
