About the Role:

To be a successful member of our Christmas Support Team, you will:

  1. Offer fast and friendly service to our customers, helping them find the perfect products.
  2. Share your knowledge and passion about our amazing products.
  3. Keep our sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from.
  4. Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries.
  5. Help get stock to the sales floor as quickly as possible.
  6. Support and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times.
  7. Take control of your own development and growth within the company.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.

What's Required:

  • Complete an online assessment, including a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.
  • Pass the assessments to progress to an initial interview with our in-store recruitment team.
