About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Ty Hafan, a leading children's hospice in Wales. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to children and young people with life-shortening conditions.
