We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Registration Team as a Registration and Nominations Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for registering and verifying housing applications for households residing in Merton, as well as dealing with sensitive medical information queries from customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Registering and verifying housing applications
- Dealing with customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Recording and distributing post for the Housing Needs Team
