**Job Summary:**

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising a team and preparing high-quality food that delights clients and customers. They will oversee menu changes, identify opportunities to improve food services, and maintain a positive brand image.

**Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of chefs to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
  • Customer Feedback: Act on customer feedback to consistently improve food services.

**Requirements:**

  • A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification is required.
  • Experience in a similar chef role is essential.
  • A flexible approach to working is necessary, with a willingness to work varied shifts.
