We are seeking a skilled and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team at Broster Buchanan Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial administration tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our head office.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the accounts inbox and highlight the status of items received daily.
- Process invoices, ensuring they are authorized in accordance with policy, appropriately coded, and posted on a timely basis.
- Prepare payment runs and conduct supplier statement reconciliations.
- Prepare intercompany recharge invoices and intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare journals, reconciliations, and related analysis.
- Prior experience of working in a finance function or other similar business administration role.
- Prior experience of invoice processing, posting journals, preparing reconciliations, and using an accounting system.
- Good working knowledge of Excel is an advantage.
