Are you passionate about early years education and care? Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young children? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Team Leader to join our team at Childbase Partnership.

About the Role

As a Nursery Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of early years educators and providing outstanding care and education for our children. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families.

You will be a role model for our team, demonstrating excellent EYFS knowledge and inspiring colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our team feels nurtured, supported, and motivated.

Requirements
  • Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting
  • Has excellent EYFS knowledge and is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners
  • Through hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice, can inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and will ensure their team feel nurtured, supported, and motivated
  • Thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment, champions partnership working, and is supportive and sensitive to the needs of others
