About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our International team, driving the expansion of our financial services into new markets. As a key member of our global product development team, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing product strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps for international markets, ensuring alignment with our global business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, leveraging market research and customer insights to inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, including engineering, design, and operations teams.
  • Partner with leaders in communications, compliance, and marketing to ensure our products and services are well understood and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure parity of product lines across global markets, driving consistency and quality in our offerings.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building high-quality consumer products.
  • Direct experience shipping zero-to-one products, with a strong understanding of product development lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Experience working with globally dispersed teams, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate across cultures.
  • Past experience working with engineering, design, research, legal, compliance, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for financial products that improve people's lives.
  • Motivation to be a self-starter, with a willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
