Our client, a leading provider of healthcare services in the UK, is seeking an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead their team in Liverpool.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy and is eager to drive continuous improvement in a supportive and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care to residents.
The annual salary for this role is estimated to be between £65,000 to £70,000, making it a very attractive package for candidates looking to advance their careers in the healthcare sector.
About You
- At least three years of management experience in a complex care setting
- A qualified nurse with a nursing registration and a valid NMC PIN
- Excellent understanding of nursing care best practices and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively
