As a Business Development Lead at Amazon TA, you will have the opportunity to partner with high-potential Sellers to drive their online business growth through promotional and deals activity. Your role will involve developing sales pipelines using a highly consultative and data-driven approach, while collaborating with European colleagues to further develop services in the area of 3P Deals & Promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales pipelines using a highly consultative and data-driven approach.
2. Partner with high-potential Sellers to drive their online business growth through promotional and deals activity.
3. Collaborate with European colleagues to further develop services in the area of 3P Deals & Promotions.
4. Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports, and information for your portfolio of Sellers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Relevant professional work experience.
- The ability to think strategically and drive the detailed execution of specific initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (English).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability and appetite to get deep into the data when required (intermediate Excel skills).
- Action and results-focused mind-set - responsibility for achieving your quarterly targets.
- Passionate about online businesses, e-commerce, and sales.
- Customer-focused, extremely detail-oriented, able to effectively prioritize and multi-task while working autonomously.
- Strong ability to handle objections.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building relationships and driving growth with new and existing customers/partners.
- Experience in management consulting or account management (buying, product management, or business development).
- Experience in e-commerce or retail is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with databases, and SQL.
