Clinical Support Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and efficient Clinical Administrator to join our team at Forward Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical staff, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we support. Our services cover a range of areas, including mental health, drug and alcohol support, and housing. As a Clinical Administrator, you will play a key part in helping us achieve our mission to tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, are also essential.
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 27 days annual leave (increasing to 32 after 1 year's service), an annual leave purchase scheme, enhanced occupational sick pay, and more.
Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating clinical activities and events.
- Developing and implementing administrative systems and processes.
