Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including athletic sneakers and apparel.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and operational expectations.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of retail experience.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- Motivated to achieve great results, driven by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
