We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our team at Imettle Consulting LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex Java/JEE programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop large-scale Java/JEE applications using Java/J2EE, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical requirements specifications and design documentation.
- Provide support for complex multitiered applications and troubleshoot issues.
- Work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Java development and complex large-scale applications.
- Experience with SOAP & REST Web Services, JSPs, Struts, Spring, JDBC, JPA/Hibernate, and JMS.
- Experience with relational and object-oriented modeling.
- Experience with technical requirements specification and design documentation.
- Experience with problem troubleshooting and providing support for complex multitiered applications.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with UNIX, OS, UNIX Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and UML is strongly preferred.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM WebSphere Liberty, and Oracle RDBMS is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Spring Batch and Spring Boot is strongly preferred.
- Experience with large-scale data migration is preferred.
- Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
