About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Neuro Rehabilitation Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and experience of working in a critical care environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assess and treat patients with complex neurological conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury.
  • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve functional ability.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for patients.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, and to contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • To participate in education and training activities to enhance professional development and knowledge.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of working as an Occupational Therapist in a critical care environment.A strong background in occupational therapy and a relevant qualification (Dip RCOT or BSc OT).Excellent assessment and treatment skills.A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving team performance.

Salary

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
