AI Governance Lead

WeCookIT is seeking an experienced AI Governance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the framework that ensures the ethical, compliant, and secure development and deployment of AI systems within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and standards for AI initiatives
  • Monitor compliance, manage risks, and ensure AI practices align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including legal, compliance, IT, and business units, to promote responsible AI usage and mitigate potential risks
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy laws, and regulations (e.g. GDPR, EU AI Act)
Requirements:
  • 35 years of experience in AI governance, policy development, and risk management
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, specifically GenAI technologies and the applications of LLMs
  • Expertise in creating and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and standards for AI
  • Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy laws, and regulations (e.g. GDPR, EU AI Act)
  • English fluent, German is a plus
