Business Development Representative

Pareto is a global data platform that helps turn data into action for Observability, IT, Security and more. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in obtaining an in-depth knowledge of our company, its products and the markets in which we operate.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in a 12 month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as business fluency in Swedish and English to a business level. They will be comfortable working in a target driven environment and have a strong desire to succeed.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for new business prospects, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular contact and impeccable customer services. They will also schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to our senior sales team.
In this role, you will have excellent scope for progression, with the potential to move into senior roles and lead teams. Our company offers a competitive basic salary of £35,000, plus excellent commission of 30% taking your total earnings higher. You will also benefit from our lucrative bonus and incentive schemes, as well as fantastic offices with fully stocked kitchen and pub.
