About the Role:

  • Assist the store manager in managing daily duties and provide support to the sales team.
  • Provide training and coaching to the sales team to achieve full potential.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries from new clients and provide insight into the company and service.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Upsell packages, services, and promotions while minimizing discounting.

  • Conduct daily routines with the team to ensure the store is clean and secure.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales advisor, assistant store manager, sales manager, supervisor, or team leader role is essential.
  • Strong sales background in a B2C environment is required.
  • Experience in the self-storage industry is preferred.
  • People management experience is ideal.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced client-facing industry.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Proven relationship builder.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Driven and determined individual.
  • Excellent customer service and care skills.
  • Competency in MS packages and CRM systems is advantageous.
