We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembler 1. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting products to ensure high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble and inspect products to meet quality and safety standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Read and follow standard work instructions and procedures.
- Identify and report quality and safety issues to supervisors.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve processes and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Fine and gross motor skills.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
This is an onsite position.
