Job Description: Virtual Instructor Designer

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Instructor Designer to join our team at MK Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality virtual and blended learning solutions that cater to the needs of our diverse client base.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a recognised L&D qualification (level 3 minimum) and substantial experience in designing and delivering high-quality learner-centred people development and soft skills programmes. They will also possess strong facilitation skills for learner-centric training and be proficient in using MS Office suite and web-based learning collaboration tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop virtual and blended learning solutions
  • Deliver training sessions face-to-face and virtually
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of up to £47,300 per annum
