About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Enforcement Specialist to join our team at Bristow and Sutor Group. As an Enforcement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses resolve debt issues in a fair and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit properties to collect debt payments or negotiate payment plans
- Communicate with customers to understand their financial situations and provide guidance on debt management
- Work with colleagues to identify and resolve complex debt cases
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Trustworthy and honest with a strong sense of integrity
- Determined and disciplined with a focus on achieving results
