Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Pub Manager at The Horse & Jockey. As the key decision-maker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from daily operations to strategic planning. Your primary objective will be to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
• Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality customer service and meet sales targets
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
