Estate Planning Specialist

This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to be your own boss and manage your own business under our membership model. You will provide expert advice on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney, and draft and review estate planning documents to ensure compliance with current laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized advice and guidance to clients on estate planning matters.
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and create tailored estate planning strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with estate planning laws and regulations through continuous professional development.
- Assist with estate administration by offering referrals to local or national companies.
- Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and empathetically to clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of experience in estate planning or a related legal field, a strong understanding of tax planning and probate processes, and proficiency in legal research and knowledge of current laws and regulations.
