This role is pivotal in managing the lifecycle of pensions-related projects for a diverse portfolio of existing clients. You will be responsible for guiding deliverables from the initial strategy phase through successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely project completion within defined scope and budget, effectively managing any out-of-scope activities and associated costs with clients.
  • Champion robust project governance, risk management, and issue resolution processes.
  • Provide comprehensive updates on program progress to the Client Steering Committee.
  • Actively participate in client Working Groups, meetings, and technical workshops.
  • Coordinate internal resources, both onshore and offshore, to execute project plans effectively.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, implementing solutions that enable projects to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans, managing change requests and risks (RAID logs).
  • Oversee project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation for transparency and future reference.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
