Job Description

Our client, a leading commercial valuations firm, is seeking an experienced RICS registered valuer to join their team in Birmingham. As a key member of the commercial valuations team, you will contribute to the growth of the business, build strong relationships with clients, and work closely with the department partners to expand the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct commercial valuations for clients across the East Midlands and West Midlands regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with department partners to identify new business opportunities and grow the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commercial valuations.


Requirements:

  • RICS registration as a valuer.
  • Proven experience in commercial valuations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
