We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at Turning Point Scotland's Glasgow Mental Health & Huntington's Service.
As a Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.
- Work with individuals to identify and achieve their personal outcomes, including keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to support.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized support plans.
- Collaborate with other services and agencies to ensure a seamless and effective support service.
- Opportunities for learning and development, including funded qualifications and eLearning courses.
- A supportive and inclusive work environment.

- No previous working experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
